Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs and made to measure fee.

For card payments, we will process the refund within 10-15 working days after the returned item has been checked and approved.
For payment on delivery orders, the refund process will take up to 30 working days from the moment the returned product has been checked and approved.
Please note that the refund may take longer to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our standards.

The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards.
In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. Products purchased during our sales period will not be refunded or returned.
